Availability of Jukeboxes

Jukeboxes are booked on a first come, first served basis.
We have a limited quantity of jukeboxes, priority for the allocation of them is given to those who book first.
We will confirm that the equipment you have ordered has been reserved for your function. If the particular jukebox model you have ordered has already been booked out then we will contact you and seek further instructions.

Payment Methods

Payment for the hire can be made in advance by direct deposit (please ask for Bank Account details), cheque (wait til it's cleared) or money order.
Payments for the hire can be made on delivery by cash. Please ensure that you have the correct hire fee available when the equipment is delivered.

Delivery

Wherever possible we attempt to schedule the majority of our deliveries for Friday (assuming that the party is held on the weekend).
The objective is to ensure that the hirer has the jukebox in place well before the party commences and is familiar with the operations of the jukebox.
Would you please note on the order form whether it is convenient for you to accept delivery on the Friday.
We will advise you of the estimated delivery time on Thursday beforehand.

Stairs

If there are more than 5 stairs at the party address then our delivery person may require the assistance of the hirer to place some models of the jukeboxes at the party address.
Our delivery people will not attempt to manhandle a 120 kg jukebox up or down
several flights of stairs by themselves.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to attempt deliveries of this nature without
the provision of additional assistance.
